Chiranjeevi, who is currently on a signing spree, is gearing up for another socio-fantasy entertainer after the success of Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari which was released more than three decades ago. The project, helmed by Mallidi Vasishtha, has garnered immense attention and speculation.
Initially, Mallidi Vasishtha gained fame and recognition with the sensational socio-fantasy film Bimbisara, starring Kalyan Ram. Many anticipated that he would focus on the sequel, Bimbisara 2, with Kalyan Ram. However, it took an unexpected turn when Kalyan Ram narrated a storyline to Mega Star Chiranjeevi, which received a positive response and got the green signal.
There were reports suggesting that the project had been shelved for various reasons. However, rumors began circulating that Mallidi Vasishtha had prepared a socio-fantasy script in the vein of his blockbuster film Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari, and Chiranjeevi loved it, giving his approval.
Inside sources reveal that Mallidi Vasishtha had initially narrated a storyline to Ram Charan after Bimbisara, but due to the latter’s busy schedule, he eventually pitched it to Chiranjeevi. The latest reports indicate that the film is likely to be titled Mulloka Veerudu, an interesting and intriguing choice. If Chiranjeevi gives the green signal, the team will proceed with the completion of poster design and other associated works.
