The shooting of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s latest movie ‘Bhola Shankar’ is currently taking place in Kolkata, which happens to be the star’s favorite shooting destination. Fans of Chiranjeevi will remember the classic song “Yamahanagari…” from the movie ‘Chudalani Kana’ which was shot in Kolkata, and they are eagerly anticipating if ‘Bhola Shankar’ will have a similar memorable song.
‘Bhola Shankar’ is a Telugu remake of the Tamil film ‘Vedalam’, which starred Ajith in the lead role. Initially, the makers had planned to cast Pawan Kalyan as the lead, but eventually, the project came to Chiranjeevi. Although the film is a remake, reports suggest that there have been significant changes made to the original story, making ‘Bhola Shankar’ almost a new movie.
After the success of ‘Waltheru Veeraya’, the makers have reportedly made further changes to the film to ensure it appeals to the audience. Keerthy Suresh is playing the role of Chiranjeevi’s sister in the movie, while Tamannaah is his love interest.
