Anushka Sharma who had cut down on her work assignments in the last couple of years, announced her pregnancy on 27 August, 2020. Due for delivery in January, she happens to be the first star-mom to announce the good news. Later Kareena Kapoor Khan announced news of her second pregnancy.
Both stars have posted heart-touching pictures of their pregnancy and have kept their fans in good spirits. Anushka Sharma and Kareena have both made it a point to wrap up pending schedules of their work.
In fact, only last week, Anushka Sharma was seen stepping out of her caravan in a teal-coloured dress that beautifully concealed her tummy. She completed her shoot and now she has announced it is a break from films for good. Well, the star hopes to be back in action in March 2021, nearly five months after her baby will be born.
Anushka Sharma stepped out to complete shoots of her brand commitments and shot for seven days at various locations in Mumbai, before she took the final break. “I will be back shooting again once I deliver my first child and establish a system at home that ensures me to balance my child, my home and my professional life,” revealed Anushka about her future plans.
