Anasuya, a talented Telugu actress known for her candid nature, has opened up about the reason behind her reduced presence in the film industry.
“I don’t like taking up roles that don’t leave a lasting impression. I prefer to challenge myself with unique characters that contribute significantly to the storyline. I even turned down a song in ‘Attarintiki Daaredi’ as it featured numerous actresses. It caused quite a controversy at the time, and I later apologized to Trivikram,” Anasuya shared.
Speaking about the “party culture” within the industry, Anasuya emphasized, “I focus solely on my work during shoots and leave immediately afterward. I don’t attend parties after filming. I am firmly against it. I might have missed out on several roles due to my absence at these gatherings, but I am content with my decision. I don’t want to compromise my principles by indulging in these events.”
Anasuya’s remarks strongly suggest that her reluctance to engage in the prevalent “party” culture has contributed to a decline in opportunities. She remains steadfast in her commitment to staying away from such social functions, emphasizing her dedication to her work over socializing.
