Though Nagarjuna Akkineni has lived up to all the expectations of being the son of legendary ANR. And proved himself as the most successful actor in Tollywood, his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil are struggling to enter the elite club of star heroes. Though Naga Chaitanya has been delivering decent hits once in a while, Akhil Akkineni is still yet to score a hit.
After not-so-impressive outings, Akhil’s only hope to score a massive and career-defining hit is Agent directed by Surender Reddy. The movie’s shooting began long ago and was supposed to release last year.
Due to some technical issues and reshoots, the movie’s release is getting postponed from time to time. Finally, the movie’s team declared the release date. Akhil’s Agent is all set for a grand release on 28th April 2023.
Sakshi Vaidya plays the love interest of Akhil, and Malayalam Megastar Mammootty will be seen in a crucial role. Hip Hop Tamizha is composing the music for this film produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainment and Surender 2 Cinema. Ajay Sunkara and Pathi Deepa Reddy are the co-producers.
