AIIMS declared that Sushant Singh Rajput's case was a suicide

Dr. Sudhir Gupta, who led the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) panel re-examined Sushant Singh Rajput’s post-mortem reports and the allegations over the murder angle has been completely ruled out.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta said, “Sushant’s death is a case of suicide. Murder completely ruled out”

With the available 20% sample, the panel of AIIMS doctors re-examined postmortem reports, and the late actor’s laptop, two hard disks, a canon camera, and two mobile phones are evaluated by forensic agencies.

The AIIMS doctors submitted the reports to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The reports submitted by AIIMS matches with the findings of Cooper Hospital, they concluded that these is a suicide case and no foul play has taken place.

As per sources, the Central Bureau of Investigation will be continuing its investigation from the angle of a suicide. The abetment to suicide angle will also be investigated. All aspects are still open in the CBI probe and if any evidence comes to light proving otherwise, Section 302 of the IPC, which is a murder charge, will be added.

However, the CBI has been investigating the case since 57 days and nothing has come up so far. With the forensic reports in, it is now up to the investigation agency to take the case to its logical conclusion.
