The Pan India production house Mythri Movie Makers, renowned for its high-budget entertainers, is also producing content-rich films. Their latest project is the concept-driven 8 Vasanthalu, directed by Phanindra Narsetti, whose debut film Manu earned high praises from across the globe.
Ananthika Sanilkumar of MAD fame is playing the lead role in the movie, and her character name was revealed as Shuddhi Ayodhya through a first look poster that generated curiosity for the movie.
Regarding her character, she is a sensible daughter, a compassionate friend, an unconditional lover, a fierce Martial Arts student, an inspiring writer, and finally, a graceful human being. The transformative journey of Shuddhi Ayodhya from a calm 19-year-old teenager to an intense 27-year-old young woman in a span of 8 years, exploring a multitude of people, emotions, and places forms the heart of 8 Vasanthalu. In one line, SHE IS POETRY IN MOTION. The team would soon be releasing a glimpse video of the character.
Meanwhile, the filming of 8 Vasanthalu is going on at a brisk pace. The film has been extensively shot in Ooty, Hyderabad, and Kanyakumari. The team will move to the diverse locations of Kashmir, Agra, and Varanasi for its next schedule to complete the film. The editing work is also underway for the film.
The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, with Vishwanath Reddy handling the cinematography and Hesham Abdul Wahab composing the music. Aravind Mule is the production designer, Shashank Mali is the editor, and Babasai Kumar Mamidipalli is the executive producer.
