Time for Suresh Raina and Harbhajan to end their journey with CSK. Chennai Super Kings has removed the names of Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh from their official website but as per the terms has also initiated the process of terminating all contractual relationship with both the players.
In the IPL auction 2018, these both players signed an agreement of 3 years with CSK 3 which came to an end with this season IPL 2020. Unfortunately, both these players are unable to play for this season due to their personal reasons, so CSK decides to terminate their contracts according to the terms and conditions.
Raina had signed 11 Cr a year deal with CSK, while the former Indian spinner Bhajji had a 2 Cr annual contract with the team. The buzz is that no salary will be made to these players for the season.
Now Raina and Harbhajan will not have any contract with CSK and if BCCI does not conduct any auction due to these pandemic situations then these both players had to be out for one more IPL season.
