Dhanush starrer The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir which is based on the novel The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir written by Romain Puertolas and directed by Ken Scott is releasing in the Indian box office on June 21. The movie which had international release last year launched its trailer in Mumbai. Along with the new English trailer, a Tamil version was also released. The trailer depicts a tale of a trickster who reaches Paris from Mumbai in search of his dad after his mother’s death. But before reaching Paris there is a backstory where Dhanush realises that being poor isn’t that great and becomes a magician and makes a living out of it. Seems like the movie will take us all on a roller-coaster ride.
