Delivering a single hit movie has become a tough task for every filmmaker these days. But, few directors like SS Rajamouli, Koratal Siva, Anil Ravipudi have been enjoying the hundred percent success rate for a longtime.
However, koratala Siva who delivered four consecutive hits in the form of Mirchi, Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage and Bharat ane Nenu has finally delivered a dud. His recent outing Acharya has been declared an outright disaster.
Despite his 100% success rate and bringing in two of the biggest superstars Chiranjeevi, and Ram charan together, Rajamouli’s sentiment haunted him and Ram Charan. There’s a strong sentiment in Tollywood that the hero would deliver consecutive flops after doing a Rajamouli movie.
This was proved several times, but Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan were very confident on Acharya and assured that they would break the jinx.
However, as everyone suspected, Rajamouli’s sentiment worked and the movie turned out to be a miserable flop. Now, that NTR and Koratala are teaming up for a movie after Janatha Garage, his fans are worried about the same sentiment. Let’s hope NTR breaks the jinx and deliver another massive blockbuster.
