Prakash Raj is not taking his defeat in MAA elections easy. He alleged widespread violence and malpractices and rigging along with cross-voting and has been demanding the CCTV footage to be out. However the elections officer Krishna Mohan refused to release it and made clear that the elections were held fairly and if Prakash Raj and his panel had any objections they could approach the court.
It is known that police seized the CCTV footage and in the meantime Prakash Raj shared a few snaps leaving all shellshocked. He shared a snap of Nookala Samba Siva Rao along with Mohan Babu and Manchu Vishnu and said that he is a rowdy sheeter close to YSRCP and had many criminal cases on him.
He questioned “MaaElections2021 .. dear Election officer Krishna Mohan garu .. this is just the beginning.. give us the CC footage.. we will let the world know what happened.. how the elections were conducted #justasking”
Krishna Mohan however added “My duty is completed with the conduct of the election. Now, Vishnu has to make a decision if or not to release the CCTV footage. I would have acted if a complaint was made on polling day. But there are no complaints that day,”
