Director Shankar is one of the most renowned directors in Indian cinema. Though he is hailed as the finest filmmaker, his attitude and treatment of the technicians have always been the topic of discussion. Shankar always had issues with the producers due to mounting budgets and his movie Indian 2 was stalled due to the same issue.
For the first time in his career, Shankar is doing a movie with Non-Tamil hero Ram Charan in which the actor plays the dual role of a government employee and a student. As per the sources, Shankar had differences with the art director Ramakrishna and he was replaced with another art director Ravindra Reddy in the middle of the movie.
Ravindra Reddy worked for Ram Charan’s Magadheera and he won a national award for his work. It’s still not known whether it’s the creative differences or any other issues behind the replacement of the art director.
This yet-to-be-titled movie has Kiara Advani as the female lead while Sunil, Srikanth, Vennela Kishore, and Naveen Chandra play important roles in the movie.
