Director Trivikram Srinivas has recently started relaunching the careers of long-forgotten actors in Telugu. He brought back Khusboo in Pawan Kalyan’s Agnathavaasi, Devayani in Aravainda Sametha, and Tabu in Ala Vaikuntapuram Lo. Apart from that, he gave a big career break to Tollywood heroes who are struggling to make a big mark in Tollywood.
Trivikram offered a menacing villain’s role to Naveen Chandra and he has done complete justice. Sushanth was given an important role in Ala Vaikuntapuram Lo. And now, as per the sources, Tollywood senior hero Venu Thottempudi who resumed his acting career with Rama Rao On Duty seems to have been offered a role in Trivikram’s movie.
The reports suggest that Venu will be seen as Mahesh Babu’s elder brother in the upcoming yet-to-be-titled movie. However, there’s no official confirmation on the same yet. Pooja Hegde will be the female lead in the movie and the movie’s regular shooting will commence soon.
