A man has allegedly kidnapped a 17-year-old girl and taken her to a farm in Cuttack, Odisha, where they gang-raped her for 22 days, police said.
A native of Tirtol within the neighboring Jagatsinghpur district, the woman had run away from dwelling after combat together with her dad and mom final month, they mentioned.
While she was ready to board a bus on the OMP Square in Cuttack to return to her residence, a person supplied to drop her on his motorbike, later he took her to a poultry farm within the Gatiroutpatna village and held her captive in a room for 22 days, then Two males raped her repeatedly on the farm.
The woman was rescued after a raid on the farm when police detained some locals on suspicion of illegal activities on the farm, officials said.
One person has been arrested and efforts are underway to find the second suspect, the police official said.
