1. Dont delay your Meal timings :
Between work pressure, social life and other works, we feel that we dont have enough hours in a day. This leads to have a habit of having light night meals. Due to this routine life, it becomes a habit to delay our meal timings which makes us to awake. Heavy food or food containing fat takes lot of time to digest. Late night sleep can make effect on health condition.
2.Pleasant environment to Sleep :
When you go to bed make sure that the room is cool and dark to have a pleasant sleep. The National Sleep Foundation also recommends dimming the lights in your house an hour before bed, as this helps signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. Proper sleep can make you active and energetic for the next day
3.Keep away the electronics :
When we lay on bed many have a habit of scrolling Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, that scrolling may play a role in keeping you awake. Some studies have found that using devices that emit “blue light,” such as tablets or smartphones, suppress the body’s production of melatonin and can throw off the body’s internal sleep clock, making it more difficult to fall asleep or to maintain a restful sleep.
