Young actress, Seerat Kapoor says there is no point in publicizing casting couch as it yields little to no result.
“Casting couch allegations do not create the desired impact in any way. There is no point in publicizing casting couch incidents,” she says.
Seerat advices those who make such allegations to speak about the ways in which casting couch type incidents can be avoided rather than sharing their personal experiences.
This surely is a peculiar stand taken by a young and budding actress like Seerat Kapoor. At a time when casting couch allegations are shaking the Indian film industry, Seerat says there is no point in the movement.
The young actress says casting couch-esque incidents occur literally everywhere and there is no way the culprits can be proven guilty. “It is important that we learn how to dodge situations like these instead of making loud allegations,” she added.
