Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming thriller ‘Yashoda’ which is all set for a massive theatrical release on 11th November has cleared the censor formalities. The movie cleared the censor with a U/A certificate.
The movie is said to be revolving around the surrogacy mafia in which Samantha plays a surrogate mother and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays a role with grey shades. Hari and Harish duo directed this thriller and the ‘Sridevi Movies’ banner produced the movie.
Apart from ‘Yashoda’ Samantha has Gunasekhar’s mythological drama ‘Shaakunthalam’ and Shiva Nirvana’s love story ‘Khushi’ up for release. Samantha is also working on the Indian version of ‘Citadel’ which has Varun Dhawan as the lead. Raj & DK are making this web series which will stream on Amazon Prime.
