We all know Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt and KGF fame Yash are in Hyderabad shooting for KGF2. Sanjay Dutt joined the cast after he recovered totally from lung cancer. Since KGF received pan-India appreciation and was a huge hit, the makers convinced Sanjay Dutt to play the antagonist in the sequel.
The team is now shooting the climax. A deadly fight between Sanjay Dutt who plays Adheera and Yash, who plays Rocky bhai is being action-choreographed by Anbariv at Ramoji Film City.
A poster of Sanjay Dutt as Adheera was released on his 61st birthday and it is said that director Prashant Neel had Sanjay Dutt in mind all along, since he decided to make KGF2.
KGF released in 5 languages and KGF2 will also release in five languages making it yet another mega release in 2021.
While KGF was based on illegal mining in Karnataka, KGF2 will have the two principal characters fighting over gold mines.
Apart from Sanjay Dutt’s Bollywood connect, the film also has Raveena Tandon playing an important role in the film.
It is known that the film makers, Hombale Films have announced their next with Tollywood superstar Prabhas. But the latest post by Yash leaves one wondering if there could be a sequel to KGF2. In his post, Yash says, “They say, All good things come to an end… it may be the last schedule of KGF but the VILLAIN stays on… forever!!
