Vijay Deverakonda, the new sensation in Tollywood has carved a niche for himself in Bollywood too. Despite the failure of ‘Liger’, his stardom is still intact and he’s been getting offers from Bollywood. As per the sources, Vijay Deverakonda has been approached by the filmmaker Karan Johar for the role of Dev in ‘Brahmastra part two.
Dev will be the anticipated antagonist in the ‘Brahmastra’ second part and he will be the father of Shiv played by Ranbir Kapoor. Directed by Aryan Mukherji, the first part of ‘Brahmastra’ did reasonably good business. Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt, the movie had Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Shahrukh Khan in important roles in the movie.
The makers have tried to rope in Ranveer Singh and KGF star Yash for the role of Dev in the ‘Brahmastra’ part two. With both these actors opting out, the makers seem to have approached Vijay Deverakonda and he’s yet to give his nod.
