Maverick director Shankar who was in plans to direct the sequel to Bharatheeyudu has kept the project on hold, meanwhile, he is planning to direct leading Tamil stars Thalapathy Vijay and Chiyaan Vikram’s sons.
The director is planning for a multi-starrer featuring Jason Vijay and Dhruv Vikram. The project is expected to go on floors in 2020. However, there is no official announcement yet, and this is mere speculation.
Currently, Dhruv Vikram is awaiting the release of Arjun Reddy’s Tamil remake, Adithya Varma, while Jason Vijay is pursuing film studies in the US.
