A remake of Malayalam hit Lucifer, an upcoming action thriller starring Megastar Chiranjeevi is grabbing attention from all. The script is being altered by Mohan Raja of the famous Thani Oruvan, to accentuate Chiranjeevi’s heroism by adding strong flashbacks.
As per sources, Mega Prince Varun Tej has shown interest and may be cast for the role of Tivoni Thomas. Tivoni Thomas is a young character who arrives from the US to India and fights to become a Chief Minister. There were rumors of Rowdy Star Vijay Devarakonda to be cast but the actor denied the news affirming it to be false rumors.
The film is expected to begin after Megastar Chiranjeevi finishes his present film Acharya with Koratala Shiva’s director. Chiranjeevi has other projects too lined up with Bobby and Meher Ramesh. Even Varun Tej is currently involved with F3 and Gani and is also in discussion with other directors.
