Tollywood’s sought-after music director S Thaman turns 36 today. He has illustrious connections to legend Ghantasala Balaramayya and yesteryears singer B Vasantha.
Right now, Thaman is in news for the high-profile film Vakeelsaab, featuring none other than power star Pawan Kalyan. Knowing the burden the film puts on him, Thaman had commented that he was well-aware of the responsibility that such a huge film puts on him. He added that making music for Vakeelsaab was a tricky job as he has to make music that would be liked by Pawan Kalyan fans, without compromising on the core theme of the film.
While wishing Thaman on his big day, many power star fans have already put out messages asking for a teaser of Vakeelsaab’s music.
Recently, Thaman also released a mass number from Ravi Teja’s upcoming film Krack, also starring Shruti Haasan. The mass item too went well with netizens.
Thaman worked with Raj-Koti’s team for 60 films and with MM Keeravani for 30 films. He also collaborated with music directors such as Vandemataram Srinivas, RP Patnaik, Chakri and Devi Sri Prasad.
He was also in the team of Mani Sharma for eight year and has special respect for him.
Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu marked his 50th film in the industry and NTR Jr’s Aravinda Sametha marked his 100th film. But Thaman has not restricted himself to Tollywood. He is also a hit music composer in Tamil and has composed a song for Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again in Bollywood. He also did a song for Ranveer Singh’s Simba.
However, right now, all eyes are on how he will pull off the music for Vakeelsaab, in keeping with Pawan Kalyan’s charisma.
