Kannada Superstar Upendra awestruck one and all with the first-of-its-kind teaser of his latest flick #UiTheMovie. Directed by the actor himself and bankrolled by Lahari Films, G Manoharan & Venus Enterrtainers, K P Sreekanth and Co-Produced by Naveen Manoharan.
Well-known for his distinctive way of story-telling, Upendra came up with first look teaser of the movie. The actor- filmmaker who showcased his creative vision through the birthday glimpse, has transformed the viewers into a fantasy world. Ace producer allu aravind graced the event.
The teaser opens with Upendra’s voice as he says “It’s darkness everywhere. How do you escape from it?” The universe built for the movie is incredible and the sequences build curiosity. Finally, the heroic introduction of Upendra who arrives on a bull speaks volumes about the kind of character he is playing in the movie. The grand visuals, world-class VFX, and captivating music offers a whole new experience.
As the makers have mentioned an entire sequence was shot on a virtual reality pipeline. The makers have used the Industrial Light & Magic (ILM’s) creation technology as well. Almost 90% of the film involves VFX, which is done at four different studios.
Ajaneesh B Loknath (Kantara fame) is composing the music for the film that also stars Reeshma Nanaiah (lead Actress), Nidhi Subbaiah, Murali Sharma & P Ravi Shankar in prominent roles. Art Direction is by Shiva Kumar J (KGF1&2 Fame), Cinematography is by HC Venugopal (A & H2O Fame), and VFX is supervised by Nirmal Kumar (Vikranth Rona Fame).
