During a conversation with a spiritual guru, she discussed how she had been targeted by social media trolls. Her husband, Ram Charan, has consistently supported her and advised her not to be bothered by online comments. Finally, they will be blessed with a child.
However, Upasana claims that she is not having a child to save her marriage or to give in to societal pressure. In an Instagram post commemorating Mother’s Day, she proudly declared that she is becoming a mother for all the right reasons.
“I am proud to embrace motherhood for all the right reasons. I did not do it to conform to society’s expectations or to fit in. My decision to become a mother was not driven by a desire to carry on a legacy or to strengthen my marriage. I chose to have a child when I was emotionally prepared to give the unconditional love and care that my child deserves for his/her overall well-being. Celebrating my first #mothersday,” she wrote on Instagram.
