Anushka recently marked her return with “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty.” There have been strong speculations about her potential role as the female lead in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film directed by Vassishta. While the shoot has commenced and Chiranjeevi is set to join soon, there’s news of Anushka being replaced by Trisha for the character of Janani, a role previously considered for Anushka. This marks the second collaboration between Chiranjeevi and Trisha after “Stalin.”
The movie, titled “Vishwambara,” is envisioned as a fantasy film featuring five heroines, with Mrunal Thakur confirmed for one role. The remaining three actresses are yet to be officially announced. The film’s budget notably focuses on extensive VFX work, and Rana Daggubati is cast in the pivotal role of the lead antagonist. Produced by UV Creations, the musical genius MM Keeravani will be handling the music and background score. “Vishwambara” is slated for a 2025 release.
