Akkineni fans pinned a lot of hopes on King Nagarjuna’s son Akhil and dreamed that he would shake Tollywood silver screen and break box office records. Though Nagarjuna introduced him in a never seen before manner with Ahil-The Power of Jua, the film bombed at the box office.
Akhil came with two more projects, Hello and Mr.Majnu but both the films turned out to be an even bigger disaster. Now he is starring in Most Eligible Bachelor romancing Pooja Hegde under the direction of Bommarillu Bhaskar.
Akhil is pinning all his hopes on this film but since Bhaskar did not score many hits in his career after making his debut with Parugu, there are no high expectations. But with Geeta Arts banner producing the film, viewers are getting interested.
The film would have released in April but got stalled due to coronavirus. In the midst of all this, sources say King Nagarjuna watched the film recently. After watching the film, Nagarjuna suggested many changes and asked Bhaskar to delete a few scenes. He also asked Bhaskar to reshoot a few of the scenes. Gopi Sundar is the music director for the film.
