Telugu Song In Salman Khan’s New Movie

Salman Khan’s upcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which is set to release for Eid this year, has been releasing songs as part of its promotions. The movie also stars Venkatesh in a special role in which he plays the brother of Pooja Hegde. The fourth track released is titled Bathukamma, which showcases the famous Telangana festival entirely in Telugu.

The movie is a remake of the Tamil superhit Veeram, which starred Ajith. It was also remade in Telugu as Katamarayudu with Pawan Kalyan. In Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman plays the role of a big brother among four brothers, and Venkatesh plays the brother of Pooja Hegde, whose family hails from Telangana. To showcase their family celebration, a full Telugu song has been included in the movie, which is a sign of changing times.

Reports suggest that when Venkatesh mentioned the festival’s popularity in the South, Salman immediately expressed interest and asked the music director, Ravi Basrur, to compose a song dedicated to it. The song features the entire cast of the action drama, with Khan and Venkatesh shaking a leg with co-actors Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, and others, all dressed in traditional attire.

Salman Khan who has been waiting for a super hit for a long time has pinned all his hopes on this movie. The movie which was initially titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali has been renamed as Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
