Tamil actress Vichithra, known for her stint in Bigg Boss, recently came forward with startling allegations regarding her encounter with the casting couch. Recounting her experience, she revealed an unsettling incident during her involvement in a Telugu film back in 2001, which unfortunately marked her last film endeavor.
“I was lodged in a 3-star hotel while shooting for the Telugu film. During an evening gathering, the film’s lead actor, without even asking my name, brazenly invited me to his room. Shocked by the audacity, I declined. Throughout the shoot, I faced numerous difficulties, turning it into a harrowing experience. This prompted my decision to exit the film industry. When I reported an incident from the set, the stunt master even resorted to physically assaulting me by slapping. Subsequently, I took legal action,” disclosed Vichithra about her distressing encounter.
