Actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma, after confirming their relationship status, have made an appearance in a new promo for the upcoming web series Lust Stories 2. In the promo, they engage in a discussion about the distinction between “love stories” and “lust stories.” The official streaming date for Lust Stories 2 has been announced, and the show will be available for streaming on the popular OTT platform Netflix starting from June 29th.
In the promo video, Vijay asks Tamannaah whether every love story is essentially a lust story as well. Tamannaah expresses her belief that most scenes in Bollywood films that depict love actually revolve around lust.
Vijay proceeds to provide Tamannaah with examples of iconic scenes from Bollywood movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. He mentions the concept of feeling butterflies in the stomach and even hums the lyrics of the popular love ballad “Raataan Lambiyan” from Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s film. However, Tamannaah remains firm in her opinion that such feelings are rooted in lust rather than genuine love.
Tamannaah and Vijay have been in a relationship for several months, but they only recently made their relationship public. In a recent interview, Tamannaah referred to Vijay as “someone I care deeply for and he is my happy place.”
Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma are set to star in Lust Stories 2, which serves as the second installment of Netflix’s Lust Stories series. The show also features Kajol Devgn and Mrunal Thakur. The series will be available for streaming on Netflix from June 29th.
