Sonu Sood launches Khud Kamao, ghar chalao campaign

Looks like Sonu Sood does not tire of ways to help the needy and those in trouble. His latest initiative is distributing e-rickshaws to people who lost their livelihood during the pandemic.

The actor spoke about his new initiative on his social media handle. To be called the ‘Khud kamaao ghar chalao’ programme, the actor-turned philanthropist said that thanks to all the love and admiration he received during pandemic pushed him to ‘continue being there for them.’

“I have received a lot of love from people over the past few months. And that has motivated me to continue being there for them. So, I have launched the ‘Khud kamao, ghar chalaao’ initiative, wrote the Dabangg actor.

He further added that it was more important to find alternate sources of income for the affected, instead of just providing them with supplies. He said his latest initiative will help people stand on their feet and make them self-reliant and self-sufficient.

Sonu Sood has inspired many by his acts. In fact, he surprised the nation, when he single-handedly along with his team spent days on end to support the plight of migrant workers, students and the unemployed.

Some time back, Sonu Sood also launched the Pravasi Rojgar app that created more than 50,000 jobs for those who lost jobs due to the pandemic. The app not only connects people to various companies, but also helps them to build on their skills.
