However, director Vassishta has now clarified the situation.
Despite the buzz surrounding big names like Aishwarya Rai, Mrunal Thakur, and Anushka Shetty in connection with #Mega157, it has been revealed that there will be no romantic angle for Chiranjeevi in this movie. In a recent conversation with a media outlet, director Vassishta confirmed that Megastar will portray an age-appropriate character akin to his roles in “Vikram” and “Jailer.” While he didn’t reveal much about the presence of the three glamorous divas in the film, the director assured that it will be a fantasy adventure on the lines of “Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari” and will feature extensive use of VFX.
