Not many are aware that star heroine Samantha has signed a Tamil film titled, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal under the direction of Vignesh Shivan before lockdown itself. But due to Corona lockdown from March-end, the film’s shooting formalities stalled temporarily.
Starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles, the film recently went on the floors. Meanwhile, the latest news is that Samantha will be joining the film’s sets from today onwards. After the February release, Jaanu, KVRK is going to be Samantha’s first film post-Covid break.
Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal also stars Lady Superstar Nayantara in a prominent role.
