Samantha Gets Trolled Once Again

The makers of the upcoming film “Kushi,” featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, have released the second single from the movie titled “Aradhya.” As promised in the promotional material, the song presents a magical love sequence between the lead characters after their marriage. The song has received a positive response from fans on social media. However, there is a section of fans, particularly Mahesh Kumar, who are trolling actress Samantha due to an old statement she made, which they claim she has now forgotten.

“Aradhya,” the new song from “Kushi,” beautifully captures the essence of a newly married couple. It enhances their romantic moments, emphasizing their deep connection. However, upon observing
the pictures in the lyrical video of the song, some netizens have become angry at Samantha because they notice Vijay Deverakonda placing his leg on Samantha’s shoulder. This has triggered their anger towards Samantha, and they refer back to an old tweet she made.

In 2014, when Mahesh Babu’s film “Nenokkadine” was about to be released, a promotional poster was unveiled featuring heroine Kriti Sanon placing her hand around Mahesh’s feet. Samantha indirectly expressed her opinion on Twitter, stating that the poster seemed regressive. This tweet caused a significant controversy, and since then, Mahesh fans have sought reasons to troll Samantha.

Now, with the still from the song “Aradhya” in “Kushi,” Samantha is facing trolls again, as netizens argue that it is also a regressive image and question why she agreed to do it.

“Kushi” marks the first collaboration between Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The film is directed by Shiva Nirvana and features music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, who gained fame with “Hridayam.” Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, “Kushi” is scheduled to release in theaters on September 1 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film also stars P. Murali Sharma, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Saranya Pradeep, Vennela Kishore, and others.
