Sai Durgha Tej’s appearance at ResoFEST 2025 was far more than a routine celebrity visit. It wasn’t just another drop-in; it turned into a warm, vibrant exchange where he opened up about life, safety, memories and the strange magic of being young and being alive enough to enjoy it.
His arrival alone tightened the atmosphere. Students stood up, phones lifterd, and the crowd’s energy sharpened the moment he stepped onto the stage. It was a perfect match for Resonance’s lively annual college fest, already buzzing long before he arrived.
He began with calm sincerity. “This is the age when you form memories. I graduated in 2007, and when I look at you all now, you’re really lucky to be in college. Make good memories, study well, be safe, and wear a helmet.” He didn’t say it once and move on, he repeated it throughout his interaction, emphasising safety and making sure the helmet message truly landed.
Right after this, the atmosphere flipped. The crowd burst into OG, Peddi and SYG chants. Tej absorbed the noise and lifted the energy instantly: “OG is good, right? Peddi will dominate. SYG will be good as well.”

A. “Not even in my dreams. I just wanted to spread smiles, spread happiness, entertain people…”

A. “Probably how to earn money,” he joked…

A. “First, study well. Have good friends. Respect your parents a lot.”

A. “I’m reading Friedrich Nietzsche. But I recommend The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.”
Q. What is your favourite character among all the ones you have played?
A. “That film didn’t do very well… but Abhiram from Republic is my favourite character.”
Q. Does success affect body language?
A. “Yes… Success gives confidence, but you shouldn’t let it get to your head.”
Q. What is your favourite college adventure?
A. “I used to bunk and take my teachers to movies. You should try it — it’s fun.”
Q. Who is your inspiration?
A. “Chiranjeevi sir, my guru Pawan Kalyan sir, and then my mother.”
Q. If you had access to a Time Machine, what would you do?
A. “I wouldn’t use it. My life is good. I love this life of mine.”
Q. What is your favourite inspirational movie quote?
A. “If we protect the environment, it will protect us.”
