Friendships are forever and the same holds true for celebrities. Riteish Deshmukh, who is popular in south as Genelia D’Souza’s husband, wished buddy and tennis ace Sania Mirza on her birthday. “Happy birthday dear @MirzaSania. Have a stupendous day and year filled with happiness and good health,” he tweeted.
The 34-year-old tennis star Sania Mirza won six grand slam titles in her career and has good connections within Bollywood film fraternity. She is close friends with the likes of Farha Khan and is often spotted with Bollywood celebs.
But it’s not just the film stars, Sania is also good friends with other stars and is particularly close to cricketer Yuvraj Singh. So as expected, Yuvraj Singh tweeted, “Happy birthday mirchie mommy @MirzaSania! Hope you have an “ace” of a year ahead! Loads of love always.”
However, Riteish and Yuvraj were among the first to wish the Indian sports superstar.
On Diwali, the actor-architect and producer of Mumbai Film Company, shared a teeny-weeny video shot by his baiko or wife Genelia. It showed a saree of Riteish’s mother which was then transformed into three kurtas, one each for Riteish and his two sons. The actor put up the hashtag ‘recycle’.
