RGV: It is known that a case has been registered in Maddipadu PS of Prakasam district against Tollywood director Ramgopal Varma for morphing photos of AP CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh and posted them on X. However, despite the notices issued by the AP police in this case, it is known that Verma, who did not attend the trial, also filed an anticipatory bail petition in the AP High Court.
In the latest case, Ramgopal Verma got relief in AP High Court. Recently, the RGV has taken up the hearing on the anticipatory bail petitions. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court passed interim orders on the anticipatory bail petition. The High Court ordered the police not to arrest him till Monday (9th of this month). The court adjourned the further hearing to next Monday.
In his petition, RGV stated that the case against him is against the constitution. It is stated in the petition that apart from the people he commented on, unrelated people filed cases against him. Verma reported to the court to issue orders not to register FIRs against him. Speaking to the media on this occasion..”I did not run away.. even in the den in Hyderabad.
