Ravi Teja’s ‘Eagle’ Out Of Sankranthi Race

Ravi Teja’s fans had high hopes for the release of “Eagle” during Sankranti, but an unexpected turn of events has led to the film stepping back from the lineup. The anticipated release on January 13, 2024, has been postponed to February 9, 2024, leaving fans disappointed.

The decision to delay the film came after extensive discussions among the makers. Dil Raju explained, “We recently met with the producers of Sankranti releases to discuss how the simultaneous launch of five films could impact revenues. People Media Factory and Ravi Teja Garu understood the situation and graciously agreed to reschedule the release.”

Dil Raju expressed gratitude towards TG Vishwa Prasad, Vivek Kuchibotla, and Ravi Teja for their collaborative approach. He emphasized that this move was made for the betterment of the film industry and shouldn’t be viewed negatively.

Assuring a dedicated slot for “Eagle” on February 9, Dil Raju also mentioned discussions with other films scheduled for the same date, like “Tillu Square,” where efforts were made to facilitate a smooth release for Ravi Teja’s film.

Addressing the media, Dil Raju urged for a positive portrayal of the situation, saying, “I request the media to handle this situation with care. What we’ve done is for the benefit of TFI (Telugu Film Industry).” This strategic decision aims to ensure the success of “Eagle” and highlights collaboration within the Telugu film fraternity.
