Rana enjoys great bonding with almost all top stars in Tollywood. It is known that Rana and Ram Charan are childhood friends while he is the cousin of Naga Chaitanya. Speaking to scribes Rana told about Rana and Naga Chaitanya.
He said ‘ Though I have many friends, Ram Charan is my best friend. We used to study in the same school and following out naughtiness, both families tried their best to separate us but they failed. Upasana and Sneha Reddy also studied in our school. Sneha is my classmate while Upasana is my junior’.
About Naga Chaitanya he said ‘ Though he is younger to me, he is scoring successes in a slow and steady manner. Though I am happy for his success, after seeing his Venky Mama in which he shared screenpresence with uncle Venkatesh, I am jealous of him”
