Cherlapally, October 2, 2024 – For the first time ever, an exclusive pre-release screening of the unreleased film Ramam Raghavam was held at the Cherlapally Central Jail on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Over 2,500 inmates had the unique opportunity to watch the emotional drama, which highlights the consequences of impulsive decisions and the complexities of the father-son relationship.
The film stars acclaimed actors Samuthirakani and Dhanraj Kornani, who portray the central characters of father and son, respectively. Both actors, along with the entire film team, expressed heartfelt thanks to the Cherlapally Jail authorities and the police department for making this premiere possible. “We are grateful for the overwhelming support from the jail and police departments, Special mention to Sri Gowri Ramchandram garu and Jail Superintendent, sir.
