In an exciting update, the makers have unveiled promo of first single- Chikiri Chikiri. The promo opens with director Buchi Babu Sana sharing his admiration and respect for the Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman before narrating the unique context of the song. He describes how the protagonist, who dwells amidst the hills, is instantly captivated upon seeing a girl, an emotion that bursts into vibrant rhythm and celebration.
Interestingly, the hero affectionately refers to girls as Chikiri, and that charming trait forms the soul of this lively track. Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor plays Charan’s Chakiri in the movie that stars Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a powerful supporting role. The ensemble cast includes Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma in prominent roles.
Technically, Peddi boasts top-tier talent, including celebrated cinematographer R Rathnavelu behind the lens and National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli at the editing desk.
