Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha are over the moon and the celebrations have started at home as their son Ram Charan and daughter-in-law Upasana are set to welcome their first child after 10 years of their marriage. The star couple was often asked if they were expecting, several times when they made public appearances. They denied it back then.
On December 12, Chiranjeevi took to Twitter to confirm the news and wrote, “With the blessings of Shri Hanuman Ji, we are delighted to share that Upasana & Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love & gratitude Surekha & Chiranjeevi Konideli, Shobana & Anil Kamineni (sic).”
While the family members of Ram Charan and his fans are celebrating the good news, here’s another piece of news making rounds on social media. A section of people is claiming that Ram Charan and Upasana are set to have their first kid through surrogacy.
There’s been a rise in surrogacy in recent times. Actors like Sunny Leone, Manchu Lakshmi, and recently Nayanatara had kids through this surrogacy. It’s not clear whether Ram Charan and Upasana opted for surrogacy for their first kid but some sections of people have been spreading this news.
