Rajamouli Will Not Direct RRR 2?

Speculation about the director for RRR 2 has been circulating among movie enthusiasts since the release of Rajamouli’s epic film, RRR, which captivated audiences worldwide. The movie, featuring NTR and Ram Charan in leading roles, left an indelible mark on viewers. The song “Naatu Naatu” from the film even went on to win the esteemed Oscars, adding to the excitement of movie lovers.

Renowned writer Vijayendra Prasad recently spoke to the press and delighted fans by confirming that RRR 2 is indeed in the works and that both NTR and Ram Charan will be part of the project. However, he added that Rajamouli will not be directing it, which has sparked rumors and curiosity about why the actors would choose to be a part of RRR 2 without Rajamouli at the helm.

Inside sources suggest that Karthikeya, Rajamouli’s son, is likely to direct RRR 2. Karthikeya had previously served as the second unit director for RRR, shooting several crucial scenes. He also played a significant role in securing international recognition for the film, including its nomination for the Oscars in a prestigious manner.

Alternatively, if Karthikeya doesn’t direct the film, it is speculated that Ayan Mukherji, known for his work in Bhramastra, might take the director’s seat. Rajamouli had previously praised Mukherji, further fueling these speculations.

Overall, the anticipation surrounding RRR 2’s directorial choice has piqued the curiosity of fans and movie enthusiasts alike, as they eagerly await further updates on this highly anticipated sequel.
