After a slow start in Tollywood, Raashi Khanna has been doing quite well these days with films like Thoil Prema, Prati Roju Pandaage doing blockbuster business. If reports are to be believed then Raashi Khanna has been signed opposite latest Tollywood’s heartthrob Dulquer Salmaan in a film to be directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
Inside reports claim that Rashmika Mandanna was the first choice of the makers but for reasons unknown, she has been replaced by Raashi Khanna.
The film will be simultaneously shot in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. The untitled film will showcase a wartime love story in the backdrop of 1964. Pooja Hegde is another lead actress for this film to be produced under the Vyjayanthi Movies banner. This project will be Dulquer’s second movie with the production house after Mahanati.
