Pushpa: The Rule, one of the most highly anticipated films nationwide, is set to hit theaters next year. Following the tremendous success of its first installment, the makers have increased the budget for the film. Both Allu Arjun and Sukumar have also raised their fees for their involvement in Pushpa: The Rule. Currently, the makers are in the process of finalizing the non- theatrical rights for the film.
It has been reported that T-Series, a prominent music label, has acquired music rights for all languages at an astonishing price. The audio rights for Pushpa: The Rule were secured by T-Series for a groundbreaking sum of Rs 65 crores, setting a new record for any Indian film. To put it in perspective, the music rights for RRR were acquired for Rs 30 crores. Devi Sri Prasad, a renowned composer, will be in charge of the music and background score for Pushpa: The Rule. The collaboration between Sukumar and Devi Sri Prasad has always resulted in blockbuster hits.
Furthermore, the digital and satellite rights for Pushpa: The Rule are expected to be sold in the near future. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is slated for release in the summer of 2024.
