Talented actress Priyamani, who is back to limelight with Amazon Prime’s original series The Family Man has been singing good projects in various languages. In Telugu, she will be next seen in Venkatesh’s Narappa and Rana Daggubati’s intense drama, Virata Parvam. While Priyamani will be seen as Venky’s wife in Narappa, she is playing a Naxalite role in Virata Parvam. Both the films are aiming for a 2021 theatrical release.
Now, the latest news is that Priyamani has signed yet another interesting Telugu-Hindi bilingual project. Titled Cyanide, the film is based on serial killer Cyanide Mohan, who created a sensation in India by killing close to twenty women in Karnataka. The notorious killer was later caught and given a life sentence by Karnataka High court. Meanwhile, in the film, Priyamani will be playing the role of an investigative officer.
Cyanide will be directed by Rajesh Touchriver and has Bollywood artist Yashpal Sharma in a prominent role. More details regarding the project are expected to be out soon.
