After a series of duds, Prabhas is now a highly relieved man as his latest release Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. Is on the verge of achieving a significant milestone as the film inches closer to surpassing ₹650 crores worldwide. Despite tough competition from Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, released concurrently during Christmas 2024, Salaar Part 1 maintains its box office dominance. In a recent interview, Prabhas shared insights into the timeline for the highly awaited sequel, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam, and outlined his plans for 2024.
The first Salaar installment not only showcased Prabhas’s stellar performance but also featured Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan in crucial roles. Speaking about the sequel, Prabhas revealed, “The story is all set, and we’re gearing up to start shooting very soon, aiming to bring the film to audiences as swiftly as possible. I know many of my fans are eagerly awaiting its release, and we’ll soon share more details about Salaar Part 2.”
Underlining his commitment to captivating a global audience, Prabhas highlighted that his film choices aim to engage viewers worldwide. Teasing his next project, he hinted at a futuristic horror film, showcasing his interest in exploring diverse genres to offer a unique cinematic experience.
