This demand caught Mythri Movie Makers off guard, leading them to choose Sree Leela as the lead heroine instead. Sree Leela, who charges around 2 Crore, has gained immense popularity and is a favorite among audiences.
Without much deliberation, Mythri Movie Makers decided to go ahead with Sree Leela and also selected Sakshi Vaidya as the second heroine. However, they are still interested in casting Pooja Hegde for an item song in the film and have offered her a remuneration of 70 Lakhs for the song.
It is evident that Pooja Hegde’s remuneration went from 4 Crore to 70 Lakhs for the same film. Mythri Movie Makers believed that with the inclusion of two heroines and an item song, they could complete the film within or even below the 4 Crore budget.
