From the past few years, reputed Bollywood filmmaker Boney Kapoor is continuously making films in the South. After remaking Hindi film, Pink in Tamil as Nerkonda Paarvati in 2019, Boney is now making the same film in Telugu as Vakeel Saab. Starring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in the lead role, Boney Kapoor is bankrolling the film in association with top Telugu producer Dil Raju.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that Boney Kapoor has acquired the remake rights of 2019 hit Malayalam film, Prathi Poovankozhi. Reports also suggest that he is planning to remake the film in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Star actress Manju Warrier did the lead role in Prathi Poovankozhi and was directed by Rosshan Andrrews.
An official announcement regarding the remake version of Prathi Poovankozhi is expected soon.
