It is a common practice for film actors to keep their remunerations private. However, actor and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan broke the norm by revealing his remuneration during a speech at the party’s 10th- anniversary meeting. Pawan disclosed that he charges 2 crores per day for a movie, which is an exorbitant amount compared to what other star heroes charge.
Despite earning such a huge amount, Pawan Kalyan stated that he is still interested in doing service to the people. It is believed that his high remuneration is one of the reasons why he chooses to act in minimal- budget films and allocates 30-35 days per movie, which enables him to earn more money in less time.
It is noteworthy that Pawan Kalyan’s decision to reveal his remuneration is a rare occurrence in the film industry. However, it is not surprising given his outspoken nature and his involvement in politics.
On March 14, Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to attend a public meeting in Machilipatnam, and he will leave for the event from the Jana Sena party state office in Mangalagiri at 1 pm in a Varahi vehicle. He will be welcomed by Jana Sena leaders near Autonagar gate at 2 pm, and then he will travel via Tadigadapa Junction, Poranki Junction, Penamalur Junction, Pamarru – Gudivada Center (near bypass) to reach the Janasena 10th public meeting premises in Machilipatnam at 5 pm.
