Pawan Kalyan, the Janasena leader, currently aligned with BJP for eight seats in the Telangana assembly elections, actively engaged in the joint campaign of various parties for the second consecutive day. During a recent campaign in Kothagudem, he made some statements. Pawan mentioned that he doesn’t want to insult BRS and Congress during the election.
He also pointed out that some people might want to criticize these leaders, but he sees them as friends. Pawan considers KTR and Revanth Reddy as his friends, despite differences in their political views. He admitted that he doesn’t want to blame BRS because he hasn’t seen the entire state’s situation. He thinks the politics in Telangana is somewhat similar to that in Andhra Pradesh, with leaders repeating past mistakes.
He brought up concerns about rising land prices only in Greater Hyderabad, wondering about the situation in other districts. Pawan also highlighted disappointment among many people due to leaked examination papers. He advocated for a “double engine” rule, which means both BJP in the center and state, believing it could lead to Telangana’s development.
Lastly, he praised government schemes, mentioning they also benefit tenant farmers. Overall, Pawan emphasized the importance of respectful campaigning, acknowledged his friendships across party lines, and urged for solutions to issues affecting different regions of Telangana, aiming for progress through joint governance.
